Inner Haven Somatics exists to help people come home to themselves — to rest, regulate, and reconnect with their inner wisdom through somatic education, yoga, and mindful movement.

We offer gentle, heart-centered practices that nurture nervous system balance, deepen body awareness, and invite a sense of belonging within.

We offer guided somatic practices, restorative and yin yoga, gentle meditations, and nurturing workshops — all designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen body awareness, and foster a compassionate connection within. Each offering invites you to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover your natural state of balance and ease.

Building Community...

In a world that moves fast and often asks us to keep going, we believe in the power of pausing. This is a space for softening. For listening. For remembering the quiet wisdom that lives in your body.

Here, we gather not to perform or perfect, but to practice presence, together. Through somatic movement, restorative yoga, meditation, and honest conversation, we create space for rest, reflection, and real connection.

Our goal is to foster a loving, grounded community—
one where you and each person feels safe to arrive as they are supported in your inner journey, and reminded you are not alone. This is more than a practice, it is a way of being and you are warmly welcome here.

With the goal of the Inner Haven to be a safe and nurturing space for you to slow down and connect within, it is important for our teachers to provide a safe + loving space for you to do so.  We have attuned, present, and experienced teachers to help you do just that.

Meet Megan, Somatic Educator & Yoga Teacher

With a warm presence and a deep trust in the body’s wisdom, Megan holds space for people to slow down, soften, and return to themselves. Rooted in somatic awareness and nervous system attunement, their teaching invites gentle exploration, deep rest, and true embodiment.

As a guide, Megan is known for their loving attention, intuitive pacing, and ability to create a safe, welcoming environment where each person feels seen and supported. Whether through mindful movement, restorative yoga, or quiet moments of breath and stillness, their classes are an invitation to reconnect—with body, heart, and presence.

Megan believes healing happens in the subtle, in the pauses, and in the spaces where we feel free to be fully ourselves.
